The day of the concert finally arrived,
Oh no ,it was 4.30 am on the 22nd September and my daughter and i were still in the wrong Country,So we headed for the airport and boarded the Glasgow to Luton 6am flight arriving back in London in time for breakfast.
Then we decided to visit the city to find the Hard Rock Cafe ,getting lost and walking for miles.
remind me not to carry round   about 15 Hayley Magazines and Biographies (2) ,Newspaper clippings   and gifts for my friends.
We then tried to find our meeting place, And finally found Roger ,Richard,Gerrit,Chris ,Lothar and Holger.
We went to Garfunkels where we met a few other Hayley Westenra International staff and members, Keith and Taylor Caruso Kirk and her mum   Susan soon arrived.
Taylor is an young talented American Singer with a fantastic voice, we stayed there for a while and had an ice cream sundae with strawberries and peaches it was very yummy.

When everyone was ready we went down to the St James Church,It was early so we all sat in the cafe next door to the church,
Kim had a look at the market that was in the church yard before it shut.
More people arrived including Holly Holyoake and her parents,Trixie and Craig, Holly is a talented Welsh classical singer,Holly had sung with Hayley at Llandudno   last time Hayley had toured   Wales.
We met Hayley's dad   Gerald in the reception he was selling posters for 15 pound autographed and numbered .
My daughter got   number 2   for a friends dad and i asked for the last in the pile number 68
Also copies of the What You Never Know single were being sold   for 5 pound ,the single is not going to be released. Proceeds   from the evening went to Unicef.
Finally we went in ,my daughter and i were in row 2 with Keith,Taylor, Susan ,Roger Richard.
Hayley was introduced by her manager Steve .
She was wearing a lovely red dress, she started the concert with "Prayer" from her new album Odyssey,
Next was "What You Never Know " then i saw Hayley look   over in my direction a couple of times.
She then dedicated the next song "Who Painted The Moon Black" to My daughter and i ,
Saying i must say this, and i don't mean to embarass them,   there are two people from my home town who have been fans from the very   beginning and are here tonight Belinda and Kimberley Hutchison.
What a wonderful surprise.
Then three young boys   sang a few songs They were called The Choir Boys.
Next Hayley sang "Ava Maria","Wiegenlied" and "Bridal Ballad" all sung wonderfully.
After the interval Fiona Pears did a couple of instrumental pieces,
Hayley returned to the stage with a black dress on this time, she sang "May It Be" and then "Never Saw Blue",Then my favourite "Both Sides Now" and "In Trutina",then "Hine Hine" ,and ended with "Pokarekare Ana", she received a deafening applause,
After the concert   Hayley signed peoples Cd's etc, I got my copy of "Walking in the Air" signed , i thought it was about time. Hayley then gave my daughter and i a big Hug , we had a fantastic evening ,So many great memories,Well done Hayley ,
